Monthly comparison
Valid leads per month including cart quotes, Eastern Time. November covers Nov 1 to 3 only.
| Month | Jan | Feb | Mar | Apr | May | Jun | Jul | Aug | Sep | Oct | Nov 1-3 |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 2025 | 260 | 265 | 319 | 316 | 365 | 345 | 322 | 318 | 404 | 453 | 20 |
| 2026 | 382 | 408 | 373 | 430 | 389 | 420 | 440 | 416 | 413 | 463 | 31 |
With cart quotes included, 2026 led every month, but growth stalled in the fall: Jan to Aug was up 29.8% (3,258 vs 2,510), while Sep and Oct were up only 2.2% (413 vs 404 and 463 vs 453).
| Sep-Oct | 2025 | 2026 | Change |
|---|---|---|---|
| WebForms leads | 674 | 564 | -16.3% |
| Cart quote requests | 183 | 312 | +70.5% |
| All valid leads | 857 | 876 | +2.2% |
Form leads fell while cart quotes rose (Sep 130 vs 90, Oct 182 vs 93), so some buyers may have moved from the quote form to the cart quote, especially after the Oct 14 launch.
Why Sep-Oct 2026 leads dipped (Google Analytics and Search Console)
Sessions by channel, Sep+Oct
| Channel | 2025 | 2026 | Change |
|---|---|---|---|
| Organic Search | 18,169 | 14,082 | -22% |
| Organic Search, Aug only | 10,145 | 7,526 | -26% |
| Referral | 840 | 306 | -64% |
| Paid Search | 3,013 | 4,676 | +55% |
Organic was already down 26% in August, so the decline predates the new site.

| Period | Clicks 2025 | Clicks 2026 | Impr. 2025 | Impr. 2026 |
|---|---|---|---|---|

| Sep-Oct | 11K | 8.1K | 1.14M | 1.19M |
Clicks fell 26% while impressions held. CTR dropped from 1.0% to 0.7% even though average position improved from 11.8 to 9.3, so Google shows the site as often but fewer people click.

Bot traffic and tracking caveats
- Singapore had 13,231 active users vs 247 (Sep 15 to Nov 2), with a spike of about 16,130 sessions the week of Sep 14-20 (vs 3,315), mostly Direct desktop.
- Direct engagement rate in Oct 2026 was 18.8% vs 37.4%. This bot traffic inflates sessions but does not explain fewer leads.
- GA4 key events are not a reliable lead count for this period because the old click-trigger events were inflated, so the Magento admin counts are used. Tracking was rebuilt Nov 3 on thank-you pages (GTM version 15).
Next steps
- Compare Search Console queries and pages to find where the lost clicks went.
- Review Google Ads changes to the Wholesale and Bullet Resistant campaigns.
- Check old blog URLs and redirects after the launch.
- Filter Singapore bot traffic in GA4.
Spam removed per year
| Reason | 2025 | 2026 |
|---|---|---|
| Exact duplicate (same email and form within 24h) | 158 | 312 |
| SEO, marketing, freight or financial pitch | 78 | 67 |
| Test entry (Topspot, Akron Web, staff, test) | 72 | 51 |
| Link soliciting services | 5 | 9 |
| Gibberish | 5 | 0 |
| Non-English gibberish | 2 | 0 |
| Code or injection payload | 1 | 0 |
| Total removed | 321 of 3,708 (8.7%) | 439 of 4,604 (9.5%) |
| Excluding duplicates | 163 (4.4%) | 127 (2.8%) |
True spam actually fell in 2026. The higher removal rate comes from duplicates: 236 of the 272 WebForms duplicates in 2026 landed in September through November, which points to repeat or double submissions around the new site launch. Cart quotes were clean: 51 removed in 2025 and 44 in 2026, almost all repeat submissions.

A handful of borderline messages, such as sponsorship asks and vendor sourcing offers, were judged by hand rules and may be off by a few either way. Files: valid_leads_2026_vs_2025.csv, removed_spam.csv and quotes.csv.
